Uygar Onder Simsek, 32, is a documentary photographer whose pictures got him sentenced to 2.5 years in prison with terror propaganda charges in Turkey in late 2018 so he fled and now living in exile in Berlin. He was already working under a pseudonym ´Morukc Umnaber´ for security purposes in 2017 when the investigation on him had started.
